History

Racing for the independent Team RAC, Colin Turkington won the 2007 Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship Independents' title posting three race wins. He also secured the BMW Sports Trophy. He successfully defended his Independents' title in 2008.

In the 2007 season, Colin, from Portadown, also competed in the FIA WTCC for Team Ariva.

The car is badged "320si" from the marketing name for the road-going 2.0 litre Sport E90 version of the BMW 3 series.
